A resolution counts only when it holds.
The AI finished the conversation on its own, and the same customer didn’t write again on any of your channels for 72 business hours (the default). Counted resolutions use your plan’s allowance first; only those beyond it are charged. You set an AI spending cap, and at the cap new conversations go to your team, so nothing is dropped. An admin can dispute an extra resolution within 30 days, from the billing page.

What counts as a resolution?
A conversation the AI finished on its own, after which the same customer didn’t write again on any of your channels for 72 business hours (the default). It is counted once, when that time has passed, and uses your plan’s allowance first; only resolutions beyond the allowance are charged. Every counted resolution is listed on your billing page, linked to its conversation.
What if the customer comes back?
If the same customer writes again within those 72 business hours, on any of your channels, the answer didn’t hold and it isn’t counted. The AI carries on with them, and that conversation counts only if it ends in a resolution that holds.
Are handoffs billed?
No. A conversation the AI hands to your team never counts as a resolution, so it is never billed. Neither do greetings, clarifying questions, or test and simulated runs.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Each AI resolution beyond your plan’s allowance costs $0.59 on Solo and $0.49 on Team, up to an AI spending cap you set. At the cap the AI stops taking new conversations and they go to your team, so nothing is dropped. You’re told at 50%, 80% and 100% of your allowance, and at the cap. An admin can dispute an extra resolution charged beyond the allowance, within 30 days.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your billing page. An upgrade covers the whole of the current billing period, and the difference in fee is added to your next invoice. A downgrade takes effect when the period renews.
How does the free trial work?
Solo and Team start with 14 days free, and no card. The AI is fully on once you verify your email, up to the trial’s allowance, and nothing is billed. If you haven’t added a card when the trial ends, the workspace pauses: nothing is sent and nothing is deleted. Add a card and it picks up where it stopped.
What is a connected inbox?
One support email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram account, Facebook page (Messenger) or website chat that you connect to Ezro. Solo includes 3 and Team includes 10; on Scale, as many as you need.
What is browser time?
Some systems have no way in but the screen. Show Ezro the job once in a browser and it repeats it there. Browser time is how long those runs take: 5 hours a month on Solo and 30 on Team, then $0.50 and $0.40 an hour.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars, on every plan.
Do teammates cost anything?
No. Every plan has unlimited teammates, and the conversations your team answers are never billed.
