  • Email. Marlow Foods asks for the 40 cartons in stock now and the rest when stock lands, both on their new PO 7781. Ezro splits order SO-4471 into two deliveries in ERPNext, puts both on PO 7781, books tomorrow’s dispatch and replies with both delivery dates and the delivery note attached. Done by Ezro in 12 seconds.
  • Instagram. @tara.lane ordered a linen shirt in M, received an L and needs it for Saturday. Ezro finds the order in ERPNext, checks the M is in stock, books the courier to drop off the M and collect the L on Friday, and emails her the return label. Done by Ezro.
  • Messenger. Leah Grant was charged twice for September and asks for one refund and a corrected statement. Ezro confirms in ERPNext that the second $240 charge is a duplicate, refunds it, emails a corrected September statement and replies with the refund reference. Done by Ezro.
  • WhatsApp. Kai Morgan’s team of six lands a day late and asks to move their three rooms to Thursday and keep the airport pickup. Ezro moves the booking and the driver to Thursday in Google Sheets, applies no change fee as it is more than 48 hours out, and sends the updated confirmation. Done by Ezro.

Ezro doesn’t just answer. It finishes the job.

Whether it’s a booking or an address, Ezro changes it in your systems and confirms it. Your team doesn’t have to touch it.

Ezro works inside the systems you already use.

Shopify, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, or the tool only your team uses: if it has an API, Ezro connects to it, and if it doesn’t, Ezro uses it in a browser. No new database to keep.

Ezro works inside the apps a team already uses: in Shopify, stock checked; in Trello, card moved; in Gmail, supplier emailed; in Airtable, row added; in Google Sheets, budget updated; in Stripe, refund issued; in QuickBooks, invoice raised; in HubSpot, contact added; in WhatsApp, customer answered; in Slack, team told; in Notion, notes filed; in ERPNext, order raised.

Ezro works in systems with no API, once you’ve shown it the job.

Sign in and do the task once, the way you’d show a colleague. Ezro asks what each step meant, then repeats it in a browser for every request.

Ezro replied to Sara: “Yes, Sara. I’ve noted your late arrival on the booking. After 10, ring the bell at the side door and the night porter will check you in.” Its “Why this reply” shows it searched “late check-in” and opened Check-in and check-out, followed a procedure using Room calendar and Bookings, and kept to the rules “Use the customer’s first name” and “Keep replies short”.

When a person is needed, the conversation lands in your own inbox.

Ezro hands over to the team or teammate you chose and tells them why, in the inbox your team already works from. There’s no second helpdesk to buy seats for.

Questions Before you book

Questions people ask before they book.

What kind of work can Ezro do?

Any job you can write down as a procedure: sending materials to a site, holding a room, checking a payment, logging a repair, answering where an order is. If you are not sure, we try it in simulations on the demo before anything goes live.

What systems can Ezro work in?

Almost any. Tools with an API or an MCP server are connected during setup, and a tool with neither Ezro uses in a browser, once you’ve shown it the job. Either way you choose what Ezro may read and write. Tell us what you use on the demo.

What if it gets something wrong?

You test it on real requests before it goes live. It follows your procedures and only takes the actions you give it. Anything you keep for your team is assigned to a person, and every request shows what Ezro did and why.

Can I limit what it’s allowed to do?

Yes. You set it rule by rule and per channel, including what waits for a person. Ezro only takes the actions you give it.

Who sees my data?

Your team, and the providers that run Ezro (listed in our privacy policy ). We don’t sell it, and the AI model providers we use don’t train on it.

Do I need a developer?

No. Procedures and guidance are written in plain words, and we connect your systems with you.

How does it work with WhatsApp’s 24-hour window?

Ezro answers freely inside the 24-hour customer service window. After it, follow-ups go out as WhatsApp-approved templates.

See Ezro run one of your procedures.

Bring two or three jobs your team repeats every week. We’ll write them as procedures and run them live on the call.
